Microneedling With PRF

Use Your Body’s Own Growth Factors to Rejuvenate Your Skin

Why Microneedling?

Microneedling is a procedure that provides unparalleled collagen induction to help re-grow, rejuvenate and repair your skin.  This is accomplished by using micro-needles, which create small channels in the skin. These micro-injuries to the skin encourage and harness the power of the body’s innate ability to repair the skin through the normal physiology of skin.

Dermal micro-needling is safe on any skin type, delivers minimal discomfort and there is virtually no downtime.

  • Plump drawn cheeks

What happens to aging skin

What Is Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)?

PRF, uses your own body’s healing abilities to smooth & stimulate skin rejuvenation. Platelet rich fibrin promotes collagen regrowth and when injected into specific areas it regenerates tissue, smooths and tightens skin, softens wrinkles, brightens skin tone, and enhances elasticity.

PRF therapy is an all-natural solution to rejuvenate the skin and treat scaring.

PRF is an advanced form of PRP (platelet-rich plasma therapy), containing a greater concentration of fibrin, white blood cells, and platelets.

What separates PRF therapy even more from PRP therapy, is that it also contains stem cells to enhance repair of the skin for a younger-looking surface.

The platelets in our blood contain several proteins that are beneficial for increasing collagen production, regenerating tissue formation, tightening of the skin, rejuvenation of texture and color of the skin, improvement of scars and wrinkles and for hair loss.

What Are The Benefits Of Microneedling Using PRF?

Available as a topical with microneedling (aka Vampire Facial), PRF is on the cutting edge of regenerative therapies.

Micro-needling alone increases the skin’s new collagen, but in combination with growth factors in higher concentrations, it can induce extra collagen, new cells and elastin fibers, creating an overall improvement in skin hydration, texture and tone.

What Happens During My Procedure?

Prior to treatment, a topical numbing cream is applied for about 30 to 40 minutes. Once the area is numb, the cream is removed and the skin is prepped for treatment. The microneedling procedure itself takes about 20 minutes to complete.

To develop a PRF preparation, blood is drawn from the patient. The sample is placed in a sterile chamber and spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelets from the other blood cells. PRF is then topically applied during your microneedling procedure.
